Roles and Responsibilities
At Double A, Personal Assistant to Top Management plays a role as a management trainee who will be assigned to functions or business and be contact points for activities and coordinates activities that require participation from the Top Management.
- Participate and be representative of President in the concerned meetings or activities.
- Act as sounding board and communicator for President in the assigned business or functions.
- Prepare information and propose suggestions/recommendations of concerned issues for the Top Management, vice versa, communicate messages from the Top Management.
- Summarize monthly and quarterly reports for the assigned business/functions.
- Arrange the meeting, follow up, and monitor action plans.
- Manage and Organize the President's personal and professional work.
- Perform all duties assigned with discretion, professionalism, and a pleasant demeanor.
- Communicate and collaborate with coworkers to ensure all assignments are smooth and perfectly completed.
- Remain well-groomed at all times.
- Anticipate President and VIP quests’ needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes, etc.
- Manage and organize the owner's personal and professional work.
- Presentable in front of important clients.
- Flexible working hours.

- Experience 0-2 years as a Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Knowledge of Service area, Hospitality, Service, Table Manner, food, and wine is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Aviation management, and other related fields.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in both speaking and writing in Thai and English.
- Team player, Mature, Digitalize.
- Strong English proficiency, TOEIC 800+ preferred.
- Willing to relocate or travel for a business trip.
- Willing to work in flexible working hours.
